Seaside trip to Hoylake

On Tuesday 28th August, Sanctus families who attend the drop-in session at Longton had a day out to the seaside at HoyLake. 

In total, 96 of us arrived at St Luke's Methodist Church some by coach and others by car. St Luke's hosted us with amazing generosity, providing us with drinks and cake as we arrived and a hot meal before we left in the evening.

They also provided school uniform for the children from their school uniform bank as well as buckets and spades for the children to take to the beach.  Port Vale foundation paid for the coach - hired from Paul's Coaches and on behalf of Sanctus, I want to thank them both for all their support and care.

A huge thank you also to all the members of St Luke's for their hard work in preparation and on the day and to Jennie and Steve Hubbard for buying everyone a hot drink at the beach from their silver wedding anniversary collection for Sanctus.  An amazing day for us all.
